Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for most online purchases.

How to Return an Item

• Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your decision.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
• Unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Where appropriate, GripTek will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method as soon as possible. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
